What types of custom photo magnets do you offer? We currently only offer 2’’x2’’ square pressed magnets and will soon offer other sizes, plus custom sizes in the near future!

Can I order magnets in bulk for events like weddings, birthdays, or business promotions? Absolutely! Send us an email at hello@pressedmagnetco.com to get pricing and turnaround times.

Do you offer design assistance if I need help creating my magnet? We currently do not offer any designing at the moment.

Can I use any photo for my magnet, or are there image quality requirements? Yes any photo will do. I highly recommend higher quality photos. If you save a photo from Facebook or Instagram be aware those platforms lower the quality of photos. If we notice a quality issue with your photos, we will notify you immediately and discuss changes if needed.

What file formats do you accept for photo uploads? Any image format such as JPEG, PNG, etc.

Do you offer personalized text or graphic additions to the magnets? Not at this time. But subscribe to our email notifications to get info on any upcoming new services!
Ordering & Payments

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity? Minimum 1 quantity. If you are needing to order more than 5 sets, this will need to be considered a custom bulk order and will need to be emailed to hello@pressedmagnetco.com

How long does it take to process and complete an order? Depending on the quantity you order(ed), it can take 24-72 hours minimum prior to shipping out. ***Bulk orders have different turnaround times.

What payment methods do you accept? All major debit & credit cards.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? If you need to change the quantity or photo, you will need to email hello@pressedmagnetco.com within one hour of the order being placed, with the subject “QUANTITY CHANGE” to cancel the order and you will need to resubmit the order. If you need to change a photo, please send an email with your order number and the photo you need to replace. If not, order will be produced as is.

What shipping options are available? Standard Economy Shipping 5-8 days

How long does shipping take? 5-8 Business days, depending on delivery address.

Do you offer local pickup options? We are currently setting up local pickup for the Treasure Valley Area here in Idaho, be on the lookout for this option in checkout in the future!

What should I do if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged please send an email with images of the damage along with your First & Last Name, Order Number to hello@pressedmagnetco.com and we will send you replacement(s).
Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pressedmagnetco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
Care & Durability

How long do the magnets last? All of our materials used to create our custom photo magnets, are all made in the USA and are rated to last a lifetime with proper care and handling.

Are the magnets waterproof and fade-resistant? Magnets are not waterproof. Like any photo, we do not recommend leaving these in direct sunlight for long periods of time nor getting them wet.

How should I clean and maintain my custom magnets? If for any reason a magnet gets dirty, just wipe down with damp cloth to spot clean. Do not submerge into water and do not use soaps, solvents or rubbing alcohol.
